St. John's

MARKIT is St. John's-based and locally owned. Our crew works the downtown core, west end, north end, and East End every week through the season.

Park Avenue, Old Placentia Rd, and the commercial corridors of Mount Pearl are core service area. Same-day responsiveness on quotes.

Topsail Rd corridor through Paradise is an active route for us. Plazas, churches, and small commercial lots — we're here weekly through the season.

CBS is in our regular service area — from the Topsail end through Foxtrap, Long Pond, Kelligrews, and Seal Cove.

Torbay Rd commercial properties, churches, and community lots — we cover north of St. John's through Torbay and Pouch Cove.

We extend our Torbay route up to Pouch Cove. Slightly smaller market but no shortage of lots needing fresh stripes.

Southern Shore route through Bay Bulls. Restaurants, marine businesses, and tourist-season lots.

Holyrood and the Conception Bay Hwy southwest corridor — we're available for both standalone jobs and combined trips with CBS work.
